Neil just stopped by and signed a lot of books. I'm sorting through them now and will get previously ordered books out very soon. New orders will be processed in the order received. I am currently are not accepting orders for inscribed books, only flat-signed copies. I hope to have the shopping cart re-opened within the next day or two. In the meantime, if you want to email me to reserve your books, feel free.

I've suspended orders on NEILGAIMAN.NET for the time being. I'm swamped with too many other things at the moment and Neil is traveling so promising more signed items is just not a good idea right now. I'll likely get the site back up and running, with new items added and old items deleted, in about two weeks.

For those who have orders in the pipeline, don't worry. Nothing has changed your orders and, no, Neil has not been by recently. Asking me where your order is only delays the whole process since I fall further behind explaining over and over that Neil has not been by. Please, as the website clearly says, it can take several months to get orders and I'm afraid with Neil's recent schedule, it's been taking even longer. Neil has been really incredible about signing so many things and I hope you folks appreciate his efforts as much as I do.

Neil stopped by and signed hundreds of books for me, saint that he is. I'm busy trying to organize everything and get things shipped out to the long suffering and infinitely patient fans. Please, it will take me the better part of a week just to get things sorted, packed, and shipped. Then it will take a week to reach you (longer if you're not in the continental US). The more people who call or email asking if I've shipped their orders, the longer it will take to ship said orders.

If you haven't heard anything within two weeks from today and you live in the continental US, then please do contact me because something may be wrong. But until then, please have a bit more patience and I will get the orders out the door as quickly as possible.

If you haven't yet placed an order, I may have some signed books left after filling orders. These will be posted on the site. Asking me now will only get you a "no" since I haven't matched up all books with orders yet. Please give me some time.

Neil stopped by yesterday (2008-12-09) and signed a lot of books. I'm shipping out orders as fast as I can so if you're waiting on something, it should be out to you within the next ten days or so. I cannot guarantee Christmas shipping.

I currently have SIGNED first editions of The Graveyard Book as well as copies of The Absolute Sandman Vol. 3 & Vol. 4, with a very few Vol. 2 and only later printings of Vol. 1. A lot of signed Miss Finch and Anansi Boys. There are a few other signed books, please inquire. THERE WILL BE NO INSCRIBED COPIES OF ANYTHING AVAILABLE FOR CHRISTMAS! I must disabuse those who have the notion that I have Neil chained in the basement ready to sign books at my command. I don't. Please don't place deadlines on your orders for signed or inscribed items or I will have to cancel them immediately.

Please note that I don't accept mail-in items for signatures either. I'm a one-man operation now and do not have time to deal with unpacking, having them signed, then repacking them at no expense to you. Plus, too many things have been lost or misplaced (if you have lost ANYTHING sent to us over the years, please let me know and I'll do my best to find or replace them).
